Program Commitment

On The Farm STEM participants are asked to commit to:

Asynchronous eLearning and activities (total time commitment ~3 hours)
Three virtual webinars, tentatively occurring May 21, June 18, and August 6 (total time commitment ~5 hours)
A three-night travel experience in and around Madison, WI, from July 20–23, 2026. The experience will include visiting farms and agricultural sites, participating in workshops, and enjoying group meals.
- NOTE: Travel expenses to and from the event up to $750 will be reimbursed for each participant, and all costs associated with lodging and meal expenses during the event will be included.
